What is it?
Fire Inhibitor is a non-toxic, eco-friendly fire inhibitor. Unlike most fire retardants that are designed to resist fire for a short period of time, CanAm’s Fire Inhibitor was developed as a fire inhibitor, which renders treated materials non-flammable.
Even flames from untreated materials cannot spread to Fire Inhibitor treated materials.
How does it works?
Compared to most flame retardants designed to withstand fire for a certain amount of time, the “INHIBITOR” treated materials turn into non-flammable.
“INHIBITOR” creates carbonized (carbonised) layer on treated materials exposed to a constant high temperature to prevent ignition.
Even flames from untreated materials can not be extended to materials treated!
